Cleaning & Maintenance

We ensure the property is clean and well-maintained. If you are new vacation homeowners, we can recommend service providers, provide our own, or liaise with support of your choosing. We oversee cleaning, restocking, repair and maintenance management to ensure your home meets guests’ expectations.

Review Management

We gently encourage guests to leave reviews following their stay, write guest reviews, and respond to public reviews on behalf of your home. We ensure your listing maintains a 5-star rating and preferred status on all platforms.

Listing Photography

We produce professional property photography and videography that highlights your home’s features most desired by guests. If you have existing photos, we can remaster them or help select those that would drive the most bookings.

Licensing & Permits

We apply, obtain and maintain your vacation rental’s licenses and permits. We manage the Town’s initial inspection of your home and golf cart. We ensure you are in compliance with local and state permits and tax laws of Cape Charles, Northampton County and Virginia.
